Political analysts claim that Mayor Bill de Blasio is using the single day of non-violent protests to initiate the 1st Phase of Reopening NYC, which has become an essential matter for the long-time politician. This follows after a Minneapolis Police Office murdered George Floyd, a man who wasn’t committing any crimes. This officer placed his knee onto the neck of this African American Male, suffocating him while pleas for his life were screamed towards a crowd of witnesses. The actions of this man have prompted multiple protests or riots throughout America.

Law enforcement throughout the United States has begun admitting they don’t have the human resources required to contain these civilians. The Minneapolis Governor implemented a State-Wide Curfew over the weekend of May 29th, with that being immediately ignored. Admitting that the workforce was lacking in this state prompted the involvement of the American National Guard, with those sworn to protect these civilians now causing significant terror and civil unrest. Political analysts suspect that these protests could turn until violent riots, with Donald Trump tweeting “When the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank You!”.

Twitter would remove this Tweet from Donald Trump, indicating that violent threats towards the American people won’t be permitted. Throughout this Tweet, it was also noted that Military Personnel would be sent if required, possibly having the American people killed by their soldiers. This would be more similar to a Communist Regime than the former Democracy that was America. It should be mentioned that 1000+ National Guard Soldiers were added to the additional 700 that were initially deployed. Those participating in these rioting protests will be imprisoned by the federal military.

The American Army has been informed to remain on “Short Notice Status”, with units potentially being deployed. Details regarding the SNS follows after three individuals in the Trump Government leaked the information to reporters. Trump responded by claiming this is Fake News. It should be noted that the Detroit Riots saw an American Civilian already murdered by law enforcement, in front of thousands who looked for cover. Skirmishes ensued in Detroit, following with similar levels of violence being seen in New York City.

Health experts worldwide are shocked by the announcement made by Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. It was confirmed that lockdown restrictions in New York State & New York City are being lifted. This follows after state civilians have remained indoors for two months, unable to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Owners of restaurants in Chicago eagerly approved this concept, supporting the Mayor in her proposal. The Illinois Restaurant Association also has provided their public support towards the Phase Three Proposal. The federal government’s local officials ultimately decide it on if hospitality corporations can reopen with the 3rd phase. However, having multiple lobbyists behind this proposal will force the Trump Government to enact an earlier launch date through Governor Pritzker.

This proposal must be approved before May 20th, with the Third Phase of Chicago’s Economic Relaunch starting on May 29th. It should be mentioned that these hospitality companies must engage with more robust social distancing measures under this approval. That means cleaning dining halls every fifteen minutes and ensure that all customers are positioned two metres from one another.

Chicago Harbours Reopening

The Mayor of Chicago also permitted local harbours to reopen their first Spring Services for 2020. Their official relaunch date in May 21st, with the first dock being the Montrose Boatyard on 31st Street. Their docked vessels will be let loose into the Chicago Harbour, albeit with various permissions that guarantee social distancing is managed on the open waters. This will also apply to other Republican states like Florida, Texas, and Georgie.

All Conservative Governors have eagerly obeyed the personal recommendations from Donald Trump, with some even wondering if the Orange Pumpkin President was correct about ingesting cleaning liquids. The level of idiocy being shown throughout the United States has caused the CDC to increase their daily death toll expectations by 70%. This means three thousand civilians will die from COVID-19 per day until economies are closed again, or vaccines are released.

Anderson Cooper, an anchor for CNN recently carried out an interview with the Mayor of Las Vegas, Carolyn Goodman that has since gone viral due to the Mayor’s repulsive position towards reopening the Las Vegas Strip and its casinos.

The Mayor, who went so far as calling the closures of the cities casinos “total insanity” stated that if they were to allow Las Vegas to reopen, that she would be fine with seeing it’s as a “control group”. It took little time before the interview, which shows Cooper’s frustration, to begin being picked up on social media outlets with many reacting negatively as a result. It even saw Jimmy Kimmel, himself a former Las Vegas resident, going as far as called the Mayor an embarrassment to his hometown.

Las Vegas Hit Hard

While Goodman did state that additional testing is needed, that contact tracing and more PPE equipment is needed prior to reopening, when asked what was being done by her as Mayor to assist with the efforts in locating and acquiring those items, she stated it is not her responsibility. The Mayor also stated that it is the responsibility of business in Vegas to determine acceptable social distancing policies and that her time is spent trying to get the people of Las Vegas back to work.

Goodman further believes she herself contracted the virus in January and if possible, will donate her plasma in an effort to help others currently infected with the virus.The city of Las Vegas has felt the impact harder than some in Nevada after its governor ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses including casinos. It saw over 300,000 losing their jobs, albeit temporarily and that impacts the state’s unemployment department as it tries to process the application for benefits by all those who lost their income.

The problem for Goodman, although not a problem for the safety of those who would be forced to place themselves in harm’s way, is that the majority of casinos that make up the Vegas Strip fall under the control of Clark County. That puts reopening Las Vegas out of the Mayor’s control and the decision into the hands of the governor.

Dina Titus is a representative of Nevada’s First Congressional District, whose area includes the Strip stated in response to Goodman’s comments: “We have to listen to the scientists, and right now they tell us we must continue to stay at home as much as possible. Businesses in Las Vegas will only be able to recover if we take this pandemic seriously. The Mayor does not represent the Las Vegas Strip, literally or figuratively.”
