NYC Lockdown Restrictions Lifted

Health experts worldwide are shocked by the announcement made by Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. It was confirmed that lockdown restrictions in New York State & New York City are being lifted. This follows after state civilians have remained indoors for two months, unable to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Going forward, civilians in New York will be permitted to compete in outdoor activities, such as swimming or basketball. Health experts believe this decision is hastily being made and could enforce a 2nd wave that’s deadlier than the first.

Andrew Cuomo doesn’t believe a 2nd wave is possible, with the Conservative Governor noting that their daily death toll has limited itself to eighty-four. That’s the lowest figure seen since the pandemic broke out in New York state, with their highest death toll being 799 on April 8th. The governor had previously remarked in a public format that once the daily death total reached fewer than one hundred, restrictions would begin to be lifted. It should be noted that these medical experts are correct about their predictions on a 2nd wave.

Increased Deaths

All nations opening their economies early have begun seeing increased numbers of confirmed infections. Under the P-Rating System used by Medical experts, New York State could see more than 1200+ deaths per day during the 2nd wave. That’s why these individuals are recommending that those listening continue their social distancing measures. The COVID-19 pandemic won’t ultimately be over until a vaccine is manufactured & distributed worldwide.

New York State is still seeing an influx of patients in their healthcare system. An average of 4600 Civilians is recovering from COVID-19, with those numbers slowly decreasing but expected to rise by Mid-June. It’s recommended that civilians concerned about their safety don’t attend any beaches or walkways being opened. This includes the Manhattan Bridge, Hudson River Walkway, and Long Island Beaches. Multiple other locations are included in these recommendations.

Forced Decision

Governor Andrew Cuomo was forced into this decision after initially announcing that Religious Services won’t be permitted moving forward. The New York Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit stating this goes against the constitution. Avoiding any issues, Andrew Cuomo authorised the state-wide lifting of lockdown restrictions.

Chicago Harbour & Restaurant Industry Reopening

Two elements of US Tourism is reopening unexpectedly. It’s been announced by the Mayor of Chicago that both their hospitality industry and harbours will reopen. There hasn’t been an official confirmation on when restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars, and lounges could reopen. The Mayor has merely proposed a strategy for Governor Pritzker, who doesn’t believe that this respective industry can reopen until the 4th phase. Lori Lightfoot imagines that these hospitality businesses could launch their services under the 3rd phase with minimal concerns that social distancing will be broken.

Owners of restaurants in Chicago eagerly approved this concept, supporting the Mayor in her proposal. The Illinois Restaurant Association also has provided their public support towards the Phase Three Proposal. The federal government’s local officials ultimately decide it on if hospitality corporations can reopen with the 3rd phase. However, having multiple lobbyists behind this proposal will force the Trump Government to enact an earlier launch date through Governor Pritzker.

This proposal must be approved before May 20th, with the Third Phase of Chicago’s Economic Relaunch starting on May 29th. It should be mentioned that these hospitality companies must engage with more robust social distancing measures under this approval. That means cleaning dining halls every fifteen minutes and ensure that all customers are positioned two metres from one another.

Chicago Harbours Reopening

The Mayor of Chicago also permitted local harbours to reopen their first Spring Services for 2020. Their official relaunch date in May 21st, with the first dock being the Montrose Boatyard on 31st Street. Their docked vessels will be let loose into the Chicago Harbour, albeit with various permissions that guarantee social distancing is managed on the open waters. It should be noted that enforcing these rules to sailors will be considerably more challenging than local authorities anticipate.

Enacted policies onto the Montrose Boatyard includes two people per boat, with all planned trips being previously prearranged with the boatyards manager. Hours of operation are limited between Eight in the morning to Five at night. Before vessels are permitted to begin their voyage, those two individuals allowed into the boatyard must be wearing protective face equipment. Refusal to abide by these social distancing measures will enact considerable fines onto that respective sailor.

Mississippi Risking Civilian Life to Reopen

The American Government is risking the lives of millions to reopen the economy. Donald Trump considered the wealth and benefits of billionaires more critical than the livelihood of the standard civilian. That’s why states like the Mississippi, Ohio, Florida, and many others are reopening their respective economies. The Centre for Disease Control & Prevention has begun issuing recommendations to those still listening, informing them this virus isn’t over and to continue to practice social distancing measures. Civilians smart enough to listen haven’t traversed the beaches of Florida or coastlines of the Mississippi.

Millions of civilians in the United States aren’t listening to CDC recommendations. They’re instead listening to the Orange Pumpkin President, traversing to local destinations in mass numbers and risking their lives by potentially breathing in COVID-19. Statistical analysts are recording the rate of infections in the Mississippi, which is known for disregarding health recommendations for their benefit.

This was proven again with the Republic Governor for the Mississippi, Tate Reeves, unveiled new protocols that allow hospitality businesses to reopen at half capacity. The Governor isn’t allowing by-law enforcers to record the capacity valuations for these restaurants, giving owners an apparent loophole that will enable them to disobey the half capacity standards.

The Number of Infected

Tate Reeves isn’t considering the influx of confirmed infections throughout the Mississippi. Days before the Republic Governor made this announcement, the highest recorded day of COVID-19 Infections and Deaths was released. The Mississippi saw 400 civilians pass-away in 24 hours. This is one of the highest death rates throughout the United States, with medical experts anticipating a significant increase in COVID-19 deaths. This will also apply to other Republican states like Florida, Texas, and Georgie.

All Conservative Governors have eagerly obeyed the personal recommendations from Donald Trump, with some even wondering if the Orange Pumpkin President was correct about ingesting cleaning liquids. The level of idiocy being shown throughout the United States has caused the CDC to increase their daily death toll expectations by 70%. This means three thousand civilians will die from COVID-19 per day until economies are closed again, or vaccines are released.

Florida Launches Tourism Initiative

Politicians in Government have become significantly concerned with their tourism industry, as it’s the primary source of revenue for this state. It’s prompted these politicians to reopen the Tourism & Hospitality Industry considerably earlier than anticipated. Residents of Florida are being informed about taking local vacations, believing it’s better to avoid travelling state-to-state or internationally. Additional recommendations, including businesses holding all meetings in local convention centres to boost revenues.

These recommendations follow after Florida’s most notable industry crashed in March, with Hotels and Theme Parks respectively closing within several day periods. It’s prompted for more than $1.6 billion to be lost throughout the last six weeks. Notable statistics also revealed that Domestic Air Travel to Florida dropped by 65%, with International dropping by 80%. It’s the most significant drops for the state since 9/11 in 2001. Challenges more significant than the 9/11 Terrorist Event will follow after the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s expected that Florida won’t recover for two years.

The Cost of Life

The Committee responsible for implementing these recommendations will provide tutorials on how travellers can visit crowded facilities by adopting simple practices. These individuals believe that by wearing minimal protection, the virus can be stopped. Medical advice from the world’s most influential experts would suggest otherwise. However, these politicians aren’t willing to lose another $1.6 Billion over six weeks. That means their local population is less valuable than the finances they bring into local economies. Unfortunately, Florida civilians have approved of these measures and expressed through social media their excitement to return to the new normal.

This Committee mentioned it’s the job of all civilians and themselves to ease out the coronavirus from their state correctly. PR Representatives noted that their advertising campaigns would initially apply to Florida residents for two weeks, then move towards a national level. International packages won’t be supported until each respective country lifts their travel restrictions. This level of human engagement will skyrocket the rate of infections throughout Florida. It should be noted that Committee Members believe Florida Pride is most important moving forward, not Florida life. Members include the Governor and City Mayors.
